How much does this service cost?
There is a one time setup fee of $69, which includes your first month of coverage and your initial diagnostic/tune-up. Then it's just $24.99 per month after that. Please make sure to select "yes! I love easy!" on the next page to complete enrollment.
Is it hard to schedule my regular visits?
Not at all! We have an easy online scheduling tool on the last page of this order form, and we are available at (208) 515-0013 any time to help. This number is good for both call and text message. 
After your initial tune-up is handled we will automatically schedule your next visit and send an email reminder one week in advance as well as a text message reminder the day before. You can call, text, or email our team at any time to reschedule.
I have two machines, do I need to pay for this twice?
If you're purchasing this for equipment used in your own home, then no. Up to two machines will be included at this price. If you're purchasing this for use in any type of rental property, gym, studio, shared office, hotel, or apartment complex then you will need to get one subscription per machine.
My machine is already broken, am I still allowed to sign up?
In most cases, yes. 
If the machine is "totaled" (meaning two or more high-cost parts are broken) then this would be considered a refurbish job and you would need to purchase the parts before subscribing. However, if you subscribe at the time the parts are ordered, we can give you a discount on the parts so it's more affordable! The discount will vary depending on the model, though it is typically between 10%-40%.
Are there any hidden fees or circumstances that will cost me more than the monthly fee?
No! As long as you're a member, your equipment is fully covered. There are no limits to how many visits you get or how many parts are replaced. Our entire goal with this plan is to make sure you ALWAYS have what you need, from day one.
What happens if I need multiple parts?
We'll determine which parts you need and get them ordered for you. We want to make sure you never again have to worry about estimates or extended downtime!
What happens if I have more than two machines?
Simply shoot us an email and we will extend this offer to EVERY unit. We want to make sure that all of your equipment is covered.
